Change to Memorial Day OS schedule

Flameworking OS will be running tomorrow, Saturday, as long as it’s not too hot.  We still do not have A/C.  The morning should be OK temp. wise but we may end up closing down early if it’s too hot.  Just and FYI.

This Sunday’s 5-9pm Flameworking OS is canceled due to the fact that it’s supposed to be 95 degrees. 

NO Fusing OS this weekend…

This weekend at the Glass Studio- 5/12-5/13

Just wanted to let you know that OS this Saturday, 5/12, the morning OS Flameworking session is canceled.  We have a day long workshop that is running…  Sunday night from 5-9 is also canceled due to Mother’s Day, but there is still space in our Mother’s Day workshop.
Also, our Open House is coming up on May 19th from 12-4!  Stay turned for more details and feel free to check out the Glass Studio blog.

Upcoming Glass Studio Events in May 2012

Hello,

I wanted to send a quick e-mail about a couple of upcoming glass studio related events.

First Friday is this coming Friday from 6:30pm-9pm.  Join us for potluck and glass flamworking demos!  The artist studios and some classrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Lillstreet are open to the public. 

    -If you have had a 5 week flameworking class in the past year or are in a current flameworking class please join us for a free Open Studio session this Friday from 6-9pm.  We only ask that you bring food and drink to share.



Artrageous!  Join me for a 45 minute demo and glass work for sale (15% goes to the glass studio equipment fund) and on display.  Come help support the glass studio and enjoy the Artrageous event.  The demo is at 10am located at 2532 N. Clark St.

    - Artrageous Main Event featuring a full day of live art, entertainment, seminars, cooking demonstrations,       community art projects and food sampling from 10am-5pm.


Classes start this week!  We have plenty of spots for Flameworking OS and we also have some great workshops coming up in May.

Glass studio updates and times to pick up work

Hello,

Hope this finds you well.  Wanted to send you a few updates about the glass studio.

First we will be taking a break from Open Studio the last week in March (3/26-4/1).  We will be keeping OS hours through to the 25th which ends with Fusing OS @ 5pm.

Second, if you have any beads or fusing work to pick up please try to do so during the dates listed below…

This week- 3/13-3/17-
Wednesday- 6:30-9:30pm
Thursday- 4-9:30pm
Saturday- 9:30am-1:30pm

Next week- 3/19-3/25-

Monday- 4-6pm
Tuesday- 9:30am-1:30pm
             - 4-6pm
Wednesday- 4-6pm
Thursday- 4-9:30pm
Saturday- 9:30-1:30pm
Sunday- 2-5pm
